I am very pleased to extend a warm welcome to the Shen Yun Divine Performing Arts upon their return to Portland to dazzle us once again with their traditional Chinese dance and music. Their performance is a spectacular occasion for Oregonians to be regaled by the legends, values, and spirit of traditional Chinese culture.
